What are my options for paying for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Shopify Payments (most Major Credit Cards) and PayPal.

Can I pay and pick up the part(s) locally, in Sydney?

Currently, we’re only able to ship our parts to you, unless you are a dealer and can prearrange pickup with us.


Do you carry stock in Australia?

With the exception of out-of-stock and pre-order products, we aim to carry the majority of our inventory in Sydney, NSW. 

Where is your product shipped from?

The majority of our products are shipped from our facility in Sydney, NSW unless they are out of stock, in which case they are shipped from Korea to Sydney then dispatched to you. 

What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

What if I received an incorrect or defective item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure the quality of our products and inspect all our products before packaging and shipping. Please contact us at with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture (if defective) of the product.  

What if my order was damaged during shipping?

If your order was damaged during shipping, we will gladly file a claim with the carrier and exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged box and product. 


Can I install my new body kit part(s) myself?

We strongly advise customers to have professional installers to handle the work. We cannot be responsible for any damage associated with and during any installation. See our Terms and Conditions page.

Can I install the parts at your shop?

Installation Services are currently not available at our location.

Are modifications necessary during the installation process?

On rare occasions, some products may require minor modifications for correct fitment. Adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. These are normal body work and installation steps. If you wish to paint the part(s), you must pre-fit the part(s) to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.

Am I able to uninstall the parts?

If for any reason you decide over time that you want to remove ADRO body kit parts, the process can be reversed.
